What is our (MOQ) Minimum Order Quantity for deliveries?

Our MOQ is 2 pallets for frozen and 1 pallet for ambient. These can be made up from a mix from any of our products of the same temperature.

Do I need my own off-loading equipment?

Yes, you will need to be able to provide off-loading equipment such as a forklift truck. Our logistics driver will not off be able to unload ANY product.

Can stock be secured every month?

Yes, when enquiring please provide us with a weekly/monthly forecast. This allows us to ensure the right amount of stock is bought and secured for you in time for when it’s needed.

How do I get a quote/pricing?

Fill out our enquiry form with as much information as possible. Once the type of business has been established, we will connect you with the most suitable account manager who will then be able to assist you.

Can I place an order without an account set up?

No, all customers will need to fill out an application form and submit to a credit check where credit terms are requested. Pro-forma account terms are also available.

Am I able to order for collection?

Yes, please make this clear from the outset though so we can give you all the necessary information.
